Managing Member and Chief Compliance Officer

David B. Schram is the Managing Member and Chief Compliance Officer of Elements 5 Investment Management, LLC. He founded Elements 5 in 2013 to provide independent financial planning and investment management grounded in technical rigor, careful analysis, and a disciplined fiduciary standard of care.

David is an attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey and has practiced biopharmaceutical patent law for more than 20 years. His legal and technical background shapes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to helping clients make informed financial decisions and navigate complex planning and investment issues.

David holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Investment Management Analyst®, and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ designations. He has affirmed adherence to the Best Practices published by the Institute for the Fiduciary Standard, follows the Standards of Professional Conduct of the CFP Board, and follows the Code of Professional Responsibility and Standards of Practice of the Investments & Wealth Institute, formerly IMCA.
