Types of Information Elements 5 May Collect in the Normal Course of Business

How Elements 5 Uses and Shares Information

Elements 5 does not share your personal information with nonaffiliated third parties except as described in our Privacy Notice and as permitted by law.

We share your personal information for our everyday business purposes, including engaging unaffiliated service providers in order to provide financial planning and investment management services, manage and maintain your account(s), and respond to court orders or legal investigations. These service providers may include unaffiliated custodial, financial planning, client relationship management, secure document-sharing, and portfolio-analysis platforms, as well as compliance, legal, and other professional service providers that support our business operations

We may also use your information for our own marketing purposes, such as offering new services to you. As described in our Privacy Notice, you may limit this type of sharing.

Elements 5 does not share your information for joint marketing with other financial companies, does not have affiliates, and does not share your information with nonaffiliates for them to market to you.

These measures include multi-factor authentication, encrypted cloud storage, password-protected systems, regular security updates, secure file-sharing platforms, and locked physical files.

We restrict access to your personal information to those employees and agents who need that information to provide services to you. If we dispose of personal information that we are not legally required to maintain, we do so in a manner reasonably designed to protect it from unauthorized access.
